Regional Sales Support

To assist our field-based activity we provide the support of a National Sales Manager supported by 2 Group Account Managers North and South who are responsible for the development of Vehicle Manufacturer & Dealer Group Accounts.

They are further supported by 18 Business Development Managers who report directly to 2 Regional Managers (North and South). The Franchise Regional Managers primary responsibility is to monitor, organise and performance manage the Business Development Managers activities.

The Business Development Managers objective is to provide Dealers with local support, which includes regular account management via the provision of regular call cycles. Their responsibilities centre on providing stocking advice, sales support, technical assistance and training.

Call Centre Support

Stapleton’s has a dedicated team of Dealership Call Centre agents trained in the specific requirements of operating Vehicle Manufacturer Tyre Programmes. Agents are tasked with assisting Dealers with stock enquiries and order processing. This team regularly undertakes intensive training from all of the major tyre manufacturers, thus ensuring that they are able to offer solutions to any technical enquiries that may be placed upon them.

Product Management Team

Stapleton’s employ a team responsible for ensuring the correct original equipment and after sales brands are available and are guaranteed to meet with UK legislation and homologations. The product management team also source and ensure we have the correct products in the right locations at the best available prices.
